Along with the system you may have received either a driver CD or Diskette. Use appropriate media when indicated.

Suspend to Disk Partition (Windows 95/98)
1. Copy the file d:\s2d\0vmakfil.exe to a bootable disk, where d: is the CD-ROM drive.
2. Boot up from the bootable DOS disk.
3. From a:\, type 0vmakfil -pXX, where XX is at least the amount of system memory installed plus 2 MB for
    video RAM. Recommended parameter:- p100.

Core Logic Driver for Intel Chipset (Windows 95 only)
1. See instructions for installing USB Supplement.
2. From the Utility CD, run d:\setup, where d: is the CD-ROM drive.
3. After the system reboots, several "New Hardware Found" prompts will appear. Do not restart until Windows
    Desktop appears.
4. During hardware detection, Setup will prompt you for Audio device drivers. Enter "d:\audio\95" as the location
    of the driver.
5. When you are asked for drivers for the gameport joystick, just use the Windows default driver.
6. Setup will continue. Select English as desired language.
7. PCMCIA wizard will start. Answer No to the two questions, then select Finish and reboot the system.

AUDIO (Windows98/95)

Windows NT 4.0
1. From Control Panel, go to Multimedia / Devices / Add.
2. Select Unlisted or Updated Driver, and enter D:\driver\audio\nt40 as the directory.
3. Select ES1888/1887/1868/1878/1869 Audiodrive v.2.00.41
4. Use the following settings: I/O Address 220, Capture IRQ 7, Capture DMA 1, MPU401 I/O Address 320,
    Playback DMA 0.
5. Restart Windows.

VIDEO
Windows 95 / 98
1. Go to Control Panel / Display / Settings / Advanced Properties
2. In the Adapter click on Change.
3. Enter D:\vga\95 as the path. Select Trident 9660/9680/938X, Linear Accelerator for PCI (v.5.00.10.TW.1403)
4. Click on Monitor/Change. Select Show All Devices, and select Laptop Display Panel 800x600. Click on Close
    to return to the Settings screen.
5. Move the Desktop Area slider right to 800x600, and check the box for Show settings icon on task bar. Then,
    click on Apply. Restart Windows when prompted.

Windows NT 4.0
1. From Control Panel, select Display / Settings / Display Type / Change / Have Disk / d:\drivers\vga\nt40
2. Select Trident Video Accelerator (#11044 11/07/97)
3. Click on OK to return to Display Properties, and OK again to restart Windows NT.
4. After Windows NT restarts, go to Control Panel / Display Properties.
5. Set Desktop Area to 800x600. Select Test to test the configuration, and then Apply.

Universal Serial Bus
Windows 95
1. Insert the Windows 95B CD-ROM with USB Supplement.
2. From the Start menu, run d:\other\usb\usbsupp.exe.
3. Scandisk will start. After it finishes, allow it to shutdown and restart Windows.
4. When asked to insert the Windows 95 CD-ROM or the location of uhcd.sys, type in C:\Windows\System as
    the path.
5. Continue with Core Logic Setup to set up other devices.
