All FutureTech Systems, Inc. Products merchandise come with a 15-day satisfaction money back guarantee. The 15-days period starts from the invoice date. Please consult your FutureTech Systems, Inc. Invoice (or package list). FutureTech Systems, Inc. will give a full refund, minus the shipping charge for the return within 15 days. Beyond the 15 days until 30 days FutureTech Systems, Inc. charges a 15% restocking fee for returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. FutureTech Systems will not refund charges on freight, any surcharge, opened software, mouse, printers and special items requested and purchased as part of the order.

To receive a full refund Returns must be in original condition free of any physical damage. Any accompanying software must be returned unopened if shrink wrapped. All accompanying manuals and diskettes must be free of markings.

Return Procedure
Please call the FutureTech Systems, Inc. Customer Service Department to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Pack the merchandise with original packing, manuals, warranty registration card, and utility diskettes and mark the RMA number on the returning box. Send all returns shipping and freight prepaid and insured. Any packages returned by C.O.D. and packages without FutureTech Systems, Inc. authorized RMA number will be rejected. Opened software, mouse, printer and special items are non refundable, please do not pack the above items with the return. If these items are returned, FutureTech Systems, Inc. will ship them back to customer and freight and cost of returned items will be charged to customer.

RMA numbers are only good for 10 days from the date issued. Any merchandise returned with an expired RMA number will be rejected. Please ship the merchandise as soon as possible after receiving the RMA number.

FutureTech Systems shall, upon receipt of the merchandise, will inspect the package and shall asses the proper credit or extend of charges to be issued to the customer.

Terms of Warranty
FutureTech Systems, Inc. warrants that the product you have purchased from FutureTech Systems, inc. are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the period of 12 months. Printer and special items are warranted by their respective manufacturers. The warranty begins on the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product.

During the warranty period, FutureTech Systems, Inc. will repair or replace defective parts at the option of FutureTech Systems, Inc.. All exchanged parts and products replaced under the warranty will become the property of FutureTech Systems, Inc.. FutureTech Systems, Inc. has the option of replacing defective parts with identical or equivalent parts.

The limited warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from FutureTech Systems, Inc. This limited warranty also does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective

1.   as result of accidents, misuse or abuse
2.   by the use of non standard parts not sold by FutureTech Systems, Inc.
3.   by modification of the product; or
4.   as a result of service by other than a FutureTech Systems, Inc. representative.

Except as expressly set forth in this limited warranty, FutureTech Systems, Inc. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. FutureTech Systems, Inc. disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to the terms of this express limited warranty.

Repair or Replacement
Please call the FutureTech Systems, Inc. Customer Service Department to diagnose problems. If replacement part(s) is/are required, it will be shipped out by FutureTech Systems, Inc. under the following conditions:

a.   If merchandise faults within 30 days of purchase, FutureTech Systems, Inc. will
      in most cases be able to ship the replacement parts and customer will be
      responsible for shipping back. A security deposit may be required in most
      cases.

b.   If merchandise faults after 30 days of purchase and within one year period,
      FutureTech Systems, Inc. will need to receive the defective component for
      repair and or replacement shipped back to us. Customer will be responsible
      for shipping back the defective parts.

c.   If merchandise faults after the 12 months warranty period, FutureTech Systems,
      Inc. will assist in the solution. All replacement parts will be considered a new
      parts purchase. Please consult FutureTech Systems, Inc. Customer Service
      Department for cost of labor.

Limitations of Liability
FutureTech Systems, Inc. nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, consequential, or incidental damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of software, and the like) arising out of the use of the product. FutureTech Systems, Inc. is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for third party. Our liability shall be limited to a maximum of the Invoice value of the material supplied.

For International Customers
Please fax the problems and forward to the FutureTech Systems, Inc. Customer service department. The reply will be sent back via fax within one business day. If replacement is required, customer must send the defective part to FutureTech Systems, Inc or FutureTech Systems, Inc. will charges the full amount of the replacement part(s). FutureTech Systems, Inc. will credit after receiving the defective part. FutureTech Systems, Inc. will not be responsible for any shipping from FutureTech Systems, Inc. to destination country or from customer side to FutureTech Systems, Inc.

Technical Support
Most of the technical questions can easily be found on the FutureTech Systems, Inc. users manual, hardware or software manuals. Please consult those manuals before contacting FutureTech Systems, Inc. technicians. FutureTech Systems, Inc. will assist customer in diagnosing hardware and pre installed software problems. FutureTech Systems, Inc. may not support the operation of the computer, the software and printer but may help in diagnosing the problem. In some cases Customer may be required to call the hardware or software manufacturers directly for further solutions.

Extended Warranty
In most cases FutureTech Systems, Inc. offers Optional Extended 3 additional years of warranty for all Notebook and Desktop computers underwritten through either Philips Magnavox or General Electric(GE). Extended Warranty starts after the FutureTech Systems, Inc. original warranty. Extended Warranty must be purchased at least 2 months before the FutureTech's original warranty lapses. Warranty underwriter requires 4 to 6 weeks to process the paper work. Certain limitations apply on the extended warranty and you may speak to a customer service representative. If you require additional information on extended Warranty, Please consult your sales representative or Customer Service department.
