Policy and Agreement:
General Return Policy
Before any return, an RMA number must be obtained from FutureTech Systems, Inc.

The returned product (including the service return product) must be received at our
     location within seven (07) days of the date that the RMA number is issued. All service
     return product received after the valid warranty period (based on FutureTech's invoice
     date one year from the purchase date.) will be treated as out of warranty service. 

 To receive a refund, the returned product must be received at our factory within seven
     (07) days of the date that the RMA number is issued and within fifteen (15) days from
     the purchase invoice date. If your product is not received within twenty-one (21) days
     of your purchase date, then you shall not be entitled to any refund.

FutureTech Systems, Inc. has the right to refuse any return that
      - has an expired RMA number
      - packages received without proper identification (including packages that have been
        dropped at mailing locations)
      - shows physical damage to the product or its packaging.

The returned product must be clearly marked with the RMA Number on the label and
     should be shipped in the original packaging, prepaid and insured by you in order to
     prevent damage during shipping. Products returned without first obtaining an RMA
     number shall be rejected and returned to you at your expense. If shipping costs are
     not paid and the system is returned to FutureTech Systems, Inc., then you shall be
     charged for charges and a storage rate in the amount of $5.00 per day of storage.

The Products returned not purchased from FutureTech Systems, Inc. or an
     authorized FutureTech Systems, Inc. reseller, shall be rejected and returned to you
     at your expense. If shipping costs are not paid and the system is returned to
     FutureTech Systems, Inc., then you shall be charged a storage rate in the amount of
     $10.00 per day of storage. FutureTech Systems, Inc. will not be responsible for the
     condition of such returned package.
Service Policy
Before any return, back up any data on the hard disk before you return the system.
     FutureTech Systems, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss of data on the hard disk
     drive.

When returning the system to FutureTech Systems, Inc., you must send it freight
     prepaid and insured. FutureTech Systems, Inc. will not be responsible for any  damages
     in shipment.

If FutureTech Systems, Inc. determines that the failure of the return system was not
     the result of defect in parts or workmanship, FutureTech Systems, Inc. reserves the
     right to charge you for parts and labor at the labor rate of $150.00 FutureTech Systems,
     Inc. will advise you prior to these charges.

Upon service performed, FutureTech Systems, Inc will ship the product back to you by
     UPS Ground delivery unless you have requested for the optional Express delivery
     service. FutureTech Systems, Inc. will not be responsible for delays caused by delivery
     services.

The FutureTech Systems, Inc. is not responsible for repair or replace a product if  failure
     results from accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication; if the product has been
     modified without the written permission of the FutureTech Systems, Inc.; or if any serial
     number has been removed  or defaced.
Out of Warranty Service Policy
Initial $150.00 estimate fee will be charged for all the out of warranty service returned.      FutureTech Systems, Inc. will advise you the repair cost prior to performing the service.

Minimum ten (10) business days will be required for diagnosis of out of warranty
     products. For faster repair service, three (3) days express service option is available
     for additional $75.00.

Customer will be responsible for the freight prepaid and insured, both ways.
